All transactions are accepted in US dollars only.
Are there any additional fees besides my membership fee?
Extra fees that show up on your credit card statement may be an International Transaction Fee charged by your credit card company on cross-border transactions. Please contact your credit card provider for more details.
What is the refund policy?
ORBIT memberships are non-refundable. Memberships may be cancelled at any time. Please review our cancellation policy for more details.
MEMBERSHIP QUESTIONS
How soon does my membership take effect?
Membership will be activated as soon as payment is received and you have completed the registration process.
How long does my membership last?
Memberships are sold in monthly, 6-month and 12-month packages. Your membership will last for the amount of time that corresponds with the package purchased. All membership packages automatically renew unless cancelled prior to renewal date.
For what ages is this site appropriate?
The content on ScienceMadeFunKIDS.net and ORBIT is intended for children ages 4 years and older.
If it's a free trial, why do I have to enter my credit card information?
Keeping ORBIT safe and secure is our highest priority; therefore, a credit card is required for identity verification.

Is ORBIT ad-free?
Yes. We do not allow any third party advertising on ScienceMadeFunKIDS.net nor ORBIT.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
How do I change my membership package from a monthly automatically renewing membership to a six or twelve month automatically renewing membership?
A personalized Account panel is available to all members allowing them to change their membership plan. Simply select "Billing" from the dropdown menu on the contact page and submit a support request.
How do I change my method of payment?
Once you have established your membership, you will gain access to the Account section where you can request a change in all of your credit card details, including name, address, credit card number and expiration. Go to the contact page, select the "Billing" option, and submit a request to ORBIT support staff.
Will my membership automatically renew?
Memberships automatically renew to ensure uninterrupted service. You can cancel this recurring payment at anytime. Please review "cancellations" below for more details.
What if I forget or misplace my account username and password?
Go to the ORBIT log-in screen and click the "Forgot Your Password?" link. Enter the email address associated with the account and submit. You will receive your username and password via email.
CANCELLATIONS
What's your Cancellation Policy? Credit card accounts will be charged one (1) week after joining for the full term selected on checkout. At the end of the one (1) week trial period, memberships will commence automatically unless membership is cancelled. Memberships will be renewed at the end of the full term unless cancelled. Cancellations are the sole responsibility of members and may be made by email using contact information on the Account page before 4PM EST on the seventh (7th) day of the trial. If the trial expires on a weekend, cancellation messages are due before 4PM EST on last business day preceding expiration (all major US holidays excluded).
How do I cancel my membership?
Go to the Account section of the web site and click the Contact button. You will then be asked to submit an email requesting membership cancellation. Your membership will be cancelled immediately upon receipt of the email. Cancellation messages must be received before 4PM EST on the seventh (7th) day of the trial. If the trial expires on a weekend, cancellation messages are due before 4PM on last business day preceding expiration (all major US holidays excluded).
Can I cancel during the one (1) week trial period without my card being charged?
